OUTREACH

King’s Big Band has a busy performance schedule, performing at events at King’s College London and throughout London.  

 

The band has performed for many different organisations, including the BBC, the Royal Naval Association, the NHS Foundation Trust, the HMS President, the Grand Connaught Rooms and the Hurlingham Club.   

 

The King’s Big Band has forged many connections with partners throughout London.  It has strong links with Trinity College London, The Royal College of Music, The Royal Academy of Music and the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.   

 

The King’s Big Band is always seeking new challenges and is keen to collaborate with new groups.  

 

King’s College London Jazz Society also supports a number of small bands and ensembles.  

 

The King’s Big Band has an established alumni network.  Many players have continued to study jazz nationally and internationally.  Many players return to the band for guest performances throughout the year.
